Haven’t had much experience with A. muscaria just yet. I’m microdosing 2 caps of these every day where I take half a cap in the morning, half at lunch, half in the afternoon and the last half with dinner. I’ve noticed my line of thinking is a little clearer than a “normal day”. I’m really hoping I can find a daily dosage that may eliminate my spinal pain altogether, have clearer thoughts, less anxiety about opening up to new people. As with the A. regalis, the taste is what holds me back from experiencing the “FULL” powers of the mushroom.
