Meet Marlucia
MarLucia is a trauma-informed consciousness teacher, certified herbalist, and spiritual entrepreneur devoted to guiding others back to self-trust and authentic embodiment. With over fifteen years of herbal practice and a deep understanding of trauma recovery, she teaches that transformation begins when we reconnect with the intelligence already alive within us.
Her background as a CASAC clinician and counselor shaped her grounded, compassionate way of working with people—where science and spirit meet through lived experience. After years in clinical work and three years of Seminary in Evangelical Christian Counseling, she diverted to a nomadic path. She began her lessons in plant medicine and obtained her master herbalism certification. Her hands on experience with off grid, wild crafting and foraging began to Awaken in her the calling to bring these teachings directly to those ready to walk beside nature rather than above it.
MarLucia’s philosophy is simple: you already carry the activated spirit within you. If that energy feels muted, she helps you reignite it—guiding you toward passion, purpose, and alignment through the transformative intelligence of Amanitas three energies.
Through Awakening Roots, she blends herbal wisdom, nervous-system awareness, and consciousness mentorship.

Meet Eric
Eric Butler is an unconventional thinker—a neurodivergent explorer who bridges the physical and the spiritual. By trade, he moves energy in the tangible world as a crane operator, now focusing on precast builds that demand patience, precision, and trust in unseen balance. His daily work with heavy structures mirrors his inner work—lifting, aligning, and grounding energy into form.
A self-taught mycologist and health researcher, Eric approaches consciousness through what he calls the “taste and see” philosophy—learning through lived experience rather than inherited belief. His exploration of alternative health and the carnivore diet awakened a new understanding of the body as a sovereign vessel.
In 2019, his first deep journey with Amanita reshaped his awareness, his marriage, and his purpose. Through years of experimentation—from high-dose psychedelic journeys to the disciplined study of Amanita’s chemistry—he’s learned to balance science, spirit, and self-mastery.
Today, Eric serves as the grounded masculine counterpart within Awakening Roots, bringing a calm, logical, and embodied presence to this work. His sessions focus on nervous system awareness, nutrition, and integration—guiding seekers who value truth, stability, and real-world understanding.
He moves energy both in the field and in the heart—building structure in the physical world while helping others find structure within.
